In the past, conducting sports competitions by dividing them into male and female categories was, in my view, due to differences in weight classes.

However, recently, I think the issue arises with people like transgender individuals, whose weight class is similar to or almost the same as males and stronger than females, participating in women's competitions. Therefore, instead of dividing competitions by gender, if competitions were divided by weight class, it would prevent the unfair result of an athlete who cannot win a medal in men's competitions changing gender and winning a medal in women's competitions.

I am only interested in archery, so I don't know much, but I think this situation is an example of a player, who has changed gender and has a different weight class, exploiting the loopholes in the rules by using their superior physicality in a place where most other athletes do not.
