🔒Special Delivary
The Special Delivary box next to the mailman’s vehicle parked in front of the door from Curtis Manor to the Goat pen is a Lost & found quest “My mailman was a zombie!” that can be done from the beginning of the story quest “Flushed”. When a quest is available as a reward, you can do it by picking up the “Signature Required” that appears on the left side of the box.
If you do this quest, you must clear the side quest “#CLICKBAIT”.
Here, where the pink arrow points to loots and an Uncommon wrench. You can simply jump up like an arrow, pick it all up and jump out, break the yellow circle to cut off the electricity, or turn the blue circle valve and wait for the water to dry up.
🚐Cable Van Trunk
The Cable Van Trunk to the right of the gate into the Goat pen can be obtained by defeating the Shocking Walker “The Cable Guy” who comes out when returning to Emma’s mansion in the story quest “The Chosen One”.
🚩Goat pen shotcuts
Goat pen’s front door is locked.
You can go up one level and enter the open window, but go in the other way to get the Blueprints “Weighted Perk”. This path is taken during the side quest “Creature Comports”. If you go here, you can also get the Master Keycard for the Goat pen.
Another way is to break the glass railing at the red circled location on the map below, go down, and then break the alarm device on the wall to enter, but even if you break the alarm device, at least a walker will suddenly fall from above and attack you.
🗞️Blueprints “Weighted Perk”
There are Blueprints “Weighted Perk” in front of the door of the room you enter.
The door to this room is locked and requires a master key. So, for now, jump from the window and head out towards the pool you see on the side.
💳Goat Pen Keycard
If you look to the right from where you went, there is Runner “Goat pen Troy” on the balcony across from you, circled in red in the screenshot below.
If you defeat “Goat pen Troy” he will drop the “Goat Pen Keycard”, or there is a “Goat Pen Keycard” on the desk inside the red square. If you get one of them, the other will automatically disappear.
Now the doors here can be opened, but the areas that require a master key and the wine cellar cannot be opened.
Both can be opened in the side quest “Creature Comports” and the related quests can be accessed.
🔒The Safe of Broseidon
Starting in the story quest “The Chosen One”, you can open this safe by defeating the Crasher “Goat Pen Brock”, who has the key in the Gym.
🏋️Gym
Downstairs, in the gym next to the pool, there is a Disaster Relief Crates and a deadly zombie. When you do the story quest “The Chosen One”, you will find the Crasher “Goat Pen Brock” here.
Deadly zombies in the gym can be defeated by luring them into the swimming pool and hitting the water with an electric-mode weapon, or by throwing 5–6 random weapons at their body (torso) to hit them. The thrower is a bit faster.

The location of Bel-Air’s Disaster Relief Crates is marked with a “🧰” symbol on the map below, and the ones in Emma’s Mansion can be found inside the sewers when you progress the story quest “Saddle up for Santa Monica.”
🏃♂Make contact with the authorities at the Halperin Hotel
After you get the “Shuriken”, straight ahead there is a workbench and a “Military Supplies Case” on the right and the path to the Halperin Hotel is on the left.
💼Military Supplies Case
In the Story quest “The Chosen One”, you can get a reward for defeating the crasher “Drill Sergeant” halfway back to Bel-Air.
Activating the generator on the white pickup truck while you’re on the way to the hotel is a great way to attract nearby zombies and electrocute them.

🔒Halperin Security Safe
In the Story quest “The Chosen One”, If you defeat an the Riot Gear Walker “Hotel Security” that appears when you are at level 7 or higher, you can unlock it with the key that appears in underground parking lots.
The zombies in this parking lot are at least level 8, so when you’re level 6 or lower, all the zombies that come in will turn out to be deadly zombies.
🔓How to open Maglock Doors (LINK)
🗡️Uncommon Puncturator Pipe Wrench
Located at location 4 on the map above, next to the yellow sports car, this weapon has the Puncturator Mod applied, making it an effective weapon at this point. The zombies in the parking lot are dangerous, so I recommend running around and getting only the weapons you need before leaving.
🏃♀️Look for signs of life in the hotel
If you plug the right battery into the generator on the left in front of the entrance, it will be easier to defeat the zombies ahead.
It is recommended to use a water or fuel Jerrycan nearby to defeat the Riot Gear Walker by throwing it on the ground and igniting it or causing an electric shock as shown in the screenshot below.
⚔️Kill ’em all!
As shown in the screenshot below, you can place water and fuel Jerrycans in front of the hotel’s main door and remove the Crowbar that has secured the door. Zombies will appear. Then, you can use water and fuel to electrocute and ignite the zombies to defeat them.
After defeating the zombies once, place a water bottle in the same location again and go inside to attract the remaining zombies. There is a battery in the red circle in the screenshot below. Use this battery to electrocute the zombies that follow you from the water and defeat the rest.
