At Emma’s mansion, which is visible on the map but nowhere to be found, the fuse box is in the sewer. It’s on the way to the Brentwood sewers when you do the story quest “Flushed”, and below I show you how to get it.

Before you get to where Patten is, there’s a fuse box beyond the locked cage door.
If you destroy the control panel on the wall to your left, you eliminate the risk of electrocution.
🔍 Where’s the Caustic Pipe Valve?
Then, past the bump, the valve wheel is located at the location circled in red in the screenshot on the right below.
If you open the door, you’ll see that the pipe in the ceiling is leaking caustic and needs to be locked with a valve.

If you put a fuse in a fuse box, you will find a slobber inside.
That’s when I realized I forgot the fuse and came back later.
I hit a slobber with a weapon and threw a Molotov cocktail at him.
The weapons that come out of the zomproof slayer hoard’s rewerd is random, but when I was level 15 or higher, I went to Venice Beach and got the superior burst-fire carbine.
